Safety Mountain Harness with comfort pad is specially designed for sports purpose. It is widely used for climbing mountain, rock climbing, etc. The half body polyester safety harness is CE certified and meet the EU CE standard EN358. It has been exported to more than 85 countries and regions throughout the world in Europe, America, Mid-east area, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa etc.

Made of 45mm high strength polyester webbing and equipped with alloy steel D ring, the breaking strength of safety harness kit is not less than 23KN. And the breaking strength of plastic buckle and pad is not less than 18KN. To ensure the strength of the whole set, the hardware adopts 40Cr or 45# steel and the plastic part adopts PE material.

We have full sets of testing machine (Horizontal tensile testing machine, salt and spray testing machine, 8-meter fall attest testing tower and so on). To ensure the product quality and customer safety, static test for the safety harness and energy absorber, breaking strength test for the hardware and webbing, and 8-meter fall attest testing are conducted for a batch of safety harness.

Quality Control Steps
