Scope of application

The switch rectifier cabinet and the inverter output cabinet adopt a split structure.
Equipment configuration
1. Switch rectifier cabinet.
The integrated design of the switch cabinet and the rectifier cabinet is realized, in addition to the completion of the switch cabinet function, it also has the rectification control function of the solid-state high-frequency welding machine;
Install incoming line universal circuit breaker, incoming line ammeter, voltmeter (switchable) and incoming line voltage indicator light;
Install three-phase fully controlled thyristor rectifier bridge to realize power regulation of high frequency welding machine;
Install smoothing reactors, smoothing capacitors and filters to improve the smoothing coefficient.
2. Inverter output cabinet
The inverter part is composed of MOSFET single-phase inverter bridges in parallel. The power of the single bridge is designed to be 120/60kW. The inverter bridge uses building blocks to complete power superposition. Each bridge board is designed as a drawer structure composed of slides, which is convenient for installation and repair;
The matching transformer is used to complete the power synthesis, and the secondary resonance, no welding transformer output mode is adopted. The tank resonant capacitor (low voltage) resonates directly with the inductor, and the power required for steel pipe welding is transmitted through the output plate;
It adopts a sealed case, and the air conditioner is cooled. The air conditioner can be installed on the top of the cabinet or on the door panel.
